About this map

This map shows public locations of festivals and performances. The terrain and province boundaries are Natural Earth's simplified map, and neighborhood names sit at each neighborhood's approximate point. Events outside the distance range show as faded pins, and events close together are grouped into one circle with the count on it (tap the circle to zoom in there). For roads and directions, use the map on the event card. Events with no location are in the list below.

Use the theme chips above to narrow the map. Themes come from words in event names, not an official classification. Circle colors change in three steps by the number of grouped events (2–9, 10–99, 100+).

About neighborhood locations

Distance search uses the approximate location from the official data. It doesn't mean the exact boundary of the neighborhood you picked, or your current location.

How this works and sources

The list follows the listed dates in the public data. It can differ from how an event actually runs or how popular it is. Check the official page before you head out.

Near me sorts by straight-line distance from the public coordinates. The nearby dong name is the closest approximate location, not an exact administrative district. Distance doesn't mean travel distance or district boundaries.

Your location stays in the device's memory, is used only to calculate distance, and is not saved or sent. A neighborhood you pick yourself uses the public approximate location.

Coordinates on a card are checked only for the format and range of the public coordinates. That doesn't mean the venue itself was verified. An event spread over several places is shown at one approximate location.

If no festival is nearby, you can widen the distance range or look at another region. View on map on a card opens this site's festival map. The festival map pins only events whose location is confirmed. Directions on the map open Naver Map in a new window carrying only the event's public coordinates and its province or city, district, and venue name, and the destination is set to those coordinates. Event search opens Google search in a new window carrying only the event name.
